We can check in new tenants on either their move-in date or before to go through the full inventory report in detail. Meters readings and handover of keys will also be agreed with all Tenants present at the property. Our check-in process is paperless and signed for by all tenants electronically using a touch screen phone, tablet or PC. Making the whole process quick and easy for all parties involved.

We visit the property at the end of a tenancy either with or without the tenant present. We carry out a thorough check of the property against the original inventory report, making a note of the condition on the property, its cleanliness and whether any items are missing or broken. We will obtain meter readings and the collection of keys if the tenant is present. The check-out report will be delivered straight to your inbox within just a few hours.

Our mid-term inspections are beneficial to both the Landlord and the Tenants. We carry out a thorough check of the property against the inventory report at an agreed stage of the tenancy to ensure everything is as it should be. We check the condition of the property, fixtures and fittings, cleanliness and garden areas. The mid-term report will also be supported with high-resolution photographs and sent to your inbox within just a few hours.
